- Breastfeeding counseling, assistance, information, and resources
- Comfort measures and how to labor
- Extensive information to prepare you for your birth and/ or postpartum
- Helping your birth partner prepare for this transition
- Facilitating a calm and comfortable birth environment
- Massage and other physical pain relief measures during labor
- Fetal positioning exercises
- Rebozo work, use of a birth ball
